Our Group Classes
All of our Group Fitness classes, in Columbus Indiana, are suitable for beginners and advanced exercisers alike. Almost every class has modifications that can be implemented to accommodate each individual participating. We encourage you to try all of the classes and to never hesitate to ask our instructors for clarification and/or modifications. We are here for you, to help you on your fitness journey.

Class Descriptions
Aqua: Lower the impact for great total body toning and enjoy the pool!
Zumba: Latin/Hip Hop music that makes you want to move in this easy to follow dance class. So fun you won’t know you’ re exercising but the calories burn!!
Mash-Up: Mix it up with a varied workout that is sure to ramp up your heart rate and tone your muscles.
Step: Step to the beat of the music with this all-time favorite class.
Boot Camp: You’ re not in the Army but this class, will push you to your maximum performance using your own body weight as well as
other tools ,with functional movements improving your overall physique.
Circuit: Work out quickly ,with one-minute intervals in this low-impact, results
Total Body: A head to toe low impact work out that delivers maximum benefits for overall body toning.
Piloxing: A low impact mix of boxing, Pilates and fun moves that will have you sweating.
Cycle: Indoor cycling at it’s finest ,with music to move you from the start to the finish line while you melt the calories away!
Piyo: Combine muscle sculpting yoga moves, body weight resistance and Pilates core toning techniques for a great low impact workout.
Yoga: Go ,with the flow and relax in this mind-body connection class. It will improve your muscle tone, flexibility, sleep & clarity
CarkioKick: Punch and kick your way to fitness in this high energy class that will leave you feeling powerful and exhilarated
Silver Sneakers: Low impact, functional movement to make sure you “use it, don’t lose it”.
BarreLift: muscle sculpting , with high reps and small movements, will have you feeling fit as a ballerina.
Booty: Create that J Lo booty in this class using all three gluteus muscles …low impact and effective.
Hi/Lo: Group Fitness at it’s best, with floor traveling movements, toning and abdominal work.
Pound: Feel like a Rock Star as you pound, with drumsticks like a real drummer combined with full body movements to the beat of the music!
