All of our Group Fitness classes are suitable for beginners and advanced exercisers alike. Almost every class has modifications that can be implemented to accommodate each individual participating. We encourage you to try all of the classes and to never hesitate to ask our instructors for clarification and/or modifications. We are here for you, to help you on your fitness journey. Our goal is to provide you with as many tools as possible to achieve your fittest, healthiest, happiest you. Class Descriptions

Aqua :Lower the impact and enjoy the refreshing benefits of water exercise.

CardioX : Mix it up with a varied workout that is sure to ramp up your heart rate and tone your muscles.

Cycle : Indoor cycling st its finest with music to move you from the start to the finish line in not time.

Boot Camp :You’re not in the Army but this class will push you to your maximum performance using your own body weight as well as other tool with functional movements improving your overall physique.

Step :Step to the beat of music with this all-time favorite class.

Cardio Kick : Punch and kick your way to fitness in this high energy class that will leave you feeling powerful and exhilarated.

Zumba :Latin? Hip Hop music that makes you want to move in this easy to follow dance class.So fun you won’t know you’re excising.

BarreLift :Muscle sculpting with high resp and small movements will have you feeling fit as a ballerina.

Total Body :A head to toe low impact work that delivers maximum benefits for total body tonight.

Piyo : Combine muscle sculpting yoga moves,body weight resistance and Pilates core tonight techniques for a great low impact work out.

Hi/Lo :Group Fitness at it’s best with floor traveling movements tonight and abdominal work.

Yoga :Go with the flow and relax in this mind-body connection class.It will impact your muscle tone,flexibility,sleep and mental clarity.

Pilates : Create nice long,lean lines with this core focused,total body tonight class.

Silver Sneakers : Low impact functional movements to make sure you ”use it,don’t lose it”.

Xpress : Work out quickly with one-minute intervals in this low-impact, results fast class

Pound :Feel like a Rock Star as you pound with drumsticks like a real drummer combined with full body movements to the beat of the music!

TOTAL FITNESS OF COLUMBUS OPENING PHASE I:

Do Not Come To The Gym If You Have Had a Fever or Symptoms!!

  1. Members MUST bring a bath/beachsized towel for use as a barrier for equipment. (masks are recommended but optional)
  2. Sanitize hand upon check-in; in addition to washing hands before and after you exercise.
  3. Maintain 6 feetof Social Distancing from your fellow club goers.
  4. Wipe down equipment both Before ANDAfter use with cleaner provided.
  5. Cover coughs and sneezes.
  6. Re-rack your weights after use.
  7. Please provide your own personal yoga mat.
  8. Supply your own basketballif playing.
  9. Supply your own ping pong paddlesif playing.
  10. All POOL users MUSTshower off using pool deck shower prior to entering into either pool.
  11. Showers and Saunas are closed Phase I.  They will reopen in Phase II.
  12. Daycare will remain closed in Phase I and will reopen in Phase II.
  13. If able, please keep workouts shorter to accommodate All J
